Clune Construction Company believes that the client relationship goes beyond the final “move-in” stage. That’s why we’ve established a separate division of focused individuals whose charter is to make themselves available to facilitate and manage projects that require special timing and/or scheduling. Clune Client Services (CCS) is available to clients as an on-going resource to any and all of Clune Construction’s experience, expertise and knowledge as a specialized “work-group”. CCS gives any client, existing or new, the ability to take advantage of the company’s size, resources and expertise when it comes to special projects consisting of not-so-mainstream parameters including, but not limited to:
 | Build-outs, add-ons, restacks, expansions or changes to/or within existing occupied/working environments |

 | Specialized work scheduling such as after hours and/or weekends in order to avoid disrupting existing workflow |
|
 | Fast-track build-outs, add-ons or remodels to existing or new spaces |
|
 | “Phased” projects where there is a need for the facility to be 100% on-line though-out the construction phase |
When it comes to all phases of construction, CCS prides itself in its “customer availability” and ability to provide a quick response to client needs, which includes a commitment to a 30-minute phone response time, single point of contact, next day site review as well as its expertise at working in occupied spaces.
The bottom line is, if a client needs to be 100% operational while the job is in progress, it’s Clune Client Service’s job to make it a reality.
