Assistant Project Manager

Position Location: Washington, DC

Job Description:

Clune has an immediate opportunity to join our Mid-Atlantic team. We are searching for a self-motivated Assistant Project Manager with excellent organizational skills and team-player attitude. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits. Candidates should apply by submitting a resume and cover letter through this page.

Each Assistant Project Manager is responsible for managing multiple assigned construction projects from preconstruction through closeout at one time. This includes, but is not limited to, establishing the original project budget, preparing lump sum bids, attending weekly meetings with both the client and entire project team, and closing out all projects within the approved budget and schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Project Teams
  • Coordinate and track document execution
  • Create and complete permit packages
  • Prepare and assist with billing packages
  • Track and complete close-out packages

 

Qualifications:

Each applicant must be local to the Mid-Atlantic/Washington, DC area, have experience in this region, and is knowledgeable and comfortable with the surrounding communities.
