Clune has an immediate opportunity for a talented addition to join our New York team.
The Project Coordinator provides support to the project teams and will be responsible for supporting team members and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Project Coordinator’s job scope includes communicating via phone and email ensuring that all duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:
A. Project Coordination
Assist project teams with project-related administrative tasks:
- Work with Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and other Administrative staff to set-up new projects and create and maintain project directories
- Create project-specific subcontract exhibits and other documents
- Log and track execution of subcontracts, change orders and purchase orders
- Log and track subcontractor and vendor insurance
- Assist project management & accounting team with invoices and billings
- Assist project supervision team with creation and updating of jobsite postings
- Assist with copy/printing requests
- Assist with collection of project close-out documentation
B. Office Administrative Assistance / Housekeeping
Provide office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies:
- Answer incoming calls to the main number
- Greet/assist office guests and/or packages etc being delivered
- Preparation and maintenance of files
- Assist in preparation of mail / FedEx / messenger packages
- Keep supply areas and kitchen area clean and neat
- Assist with office supply and food orders
C. Event Assistance
Assist the Office Administration team with internal and external events:
- Order food and beverages with oversight from Office Leadership
- Event Set-up and Take-Down
