New York, NY – June 19, 2019 – In keeping with its culture of promoting from within, Clune Construction (Clune) is proud to announce two talented professionals in its New York office have been promoted to executive-level positions.
Enda Crowley and Sean O’Neill received promotions in recognition of their significant contributions to Clune and the important role they play in the company’s future growth.

Enda Crowley has been promoted to Vice President, Senior Project Manager. He leads Clune’s Service Division, which performs small-to-medium sized projects for our existing clients throughout the city. With 12 years of construction experience, he is involved in all phases of the project, from pre-construction through project close-out. He has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics and Management from Technological University in Dublin and an Advanced Diploma in Project Management from New York University.
Sean O’Neill was promoted to Vice President, Senior Superintendent. In his role, he is responsible for leading a team of superintendents. In addition, Sean oversees the training program for Clune’s New York office. He has worked in construction for 12 years, has a Bachelor of Science in Construction Economics and in Quantity Surveying from the Waterford Institute of Technology in Waterford, Ireland, and is a registered LEED Green Associate.
“Through their significant contributions to Clune, these individuals have proven they are an important part of the future growth of our company,” says Ben Walker, Clune’s Executive Managing Director and President of the Eastern Region. “I am confident they will rise to the challenge and continue to deliver the best work to our clients.”
Clune is proud of its culture of promoting from within. Several Managing Directors and Officers started with the company as interns and the average length of time a Managing Director has been with the firm is 17 years. Additionally, 20 percent of Clune’s employees have been with the company for more than 10 years. This culture has also contributed to Clune’s consistent placement nationally in numerous “Best Places to Work” rankings.
