Intrinsic Schools

Renovation and new addition construction for a 60,000-square-foot charter school. The project included the partial demolition and renovation of an existing two-story, wooden bow-truss structure and refinish of the surviving masonry structure. The school houses classrooms, labs, a café, offices, showers and a gymnasium. Exterior site work included a new soccer field, landscaping, asphalt parking lot and permeable paver drop-off zone. The new construction is composed of brand-new foundations, structural steel building, and a glass and metal façade.
