Interior build-out of a 52,000-square-foot entertainment/gaming office. The scope included the complete demo of 2.5 floors and build back of an entirely new open collaboration workspace. The space houses new boardrooms, seating for over 150 employees, state-of-the-art telecommunications infrastructure, a unique lighting design, and a combination of open and closed ceiling plan with new spiral ductwork. Extensive high end millwork that featured a unique wood plank system, ceiling trellis system, and new solid surface countertops.
