Demolition of an existing retail space and subsequent build out of an immediate care clinic. The project required extensive value engineering analysis and participation from Clune and the design team to meet a strict project budget. The space was subsequently constructed on a fast-track basis.
Construction included x-ray room, four exam rooms, a procedure room, central nursing station, work rooms and support areas. Architectural finishes include custom casework with a modern sleek design, lead-lined walls, door/frame assemblies, and lead-lined partitions. The project scope included modifications to the glass store front, installation of all new plumbing and power infrastructure, installation of low voltage conduit for medical equipment and other low voltage systems, additional HVAC for space, ADA accessibility upgrades, fire protection, hospital specialties and interior finishes.
