Build-out of an upscale international food chain market. The project includes four restaurants, multiple kitchens, nine take-away food spaces, an instructional culinary school, retail space, two chilled wine storage rooms and an outdoor rooftop bar. The scope of work also included a back-of-house area with cold and dry storage and a small office space with a conference room, employee break rooms and locker rooms.
