A two floor build-out, which included maintaining, matching, and building around pre-existing offices. Renovations were made to the private ground floor elevator lobby. New AV Equipment & Amazon Standard Security was integrated throughout the space. The lighting design and controls were redesigned and hanging rope artwork was installed at the internal staircase. Custom shelving and veiling units were installed in the pantries. Various finishes featured in the space included high-end millwork with banquette seating, several different wall coverings, and fabric wrapped panels.
