The first Barstool Sports bar and grill to open its doors is situated in the heart of Chicago’s bustling River North neighborhood. Clune renovated this 8,500 square-foot existing restaurant by relocating the first-floor bar and transforming the space with new flooring, wall finishes, light fixtures, and exterior signage. The build-out also included an upgrade of the space’s AV systems and installing new light fixtures.
Full build-out of Delta’s Terminal C (Concourse E+ HH+ F+D) at LaGuardia Airport encompassing 38,000 square feet. The project involved the construction of nineteen food and beverage spaces, including concession areas and high-end restaurants, between multiple buildings and across four floors.
