Completed in April 2025, this high-profile expansion more than doubled the size of the original Polaris Lounge Clune delivered in 2016. Now spanning nearly 25,000 square feet, the reimagined lounge offers international business-class travelers a premium pre-flight experience, featuring a 50-seat private dining room, speakeasy-style bar, wellness amenities and quiet zones.
Executed in two carefully phased stages to maintain uninterrupted operations, the 8,000-square-foot addition included the strategic demolition and reconstruction of the kitchen to support enhanced culinary service. One of the project’s greatest challenges, and successes, was the seamless integration of new construction with existing high-end finishes, preserving the lounge’s curated ambiance and elevated design standards.
