This 27,900-square-foot office build-out for Clark Hill delivered a modern, highly functional workplace designed to support collaboration and client experience. Provided through comprehensive preconstruction and construction services, the project was completed in partnership with local general contractor Cork Howard as part of Clune’s ongoing relationship with Clark Hill as a national client across multiple markets.
The space features multiple conference rooms equipped with Modernfold operable walls, a welcoming reception area with lounge seating and a full cafe with an adjacent kitchen. Additional program elements include huddle rooms, a copy area and a dedicated server room. High-end finishes and thoughtfully integrated lighting are carried throughout, creating a polished, flexible environment tailored to the firm’s needs.
