Nuveen

A 5,000-square-foot wellness center addition to the cellar of 780 Third Avenue. The space consists of an open workout area with state-of-the-art equipment and two yoga rooms with interactive training screens. New millwork was installed throughout, featuring custom shelving and cabinetry and a bamboo feature wall. The wellness center also features new full-height mirrors running the length of the walls.
