This project involved the relocation of an existing office space to a new, Class A office space in Washington, DC for Hyman Phelps McNamara, the largest dedicated FDA law firm in the United States. The scope of work included the build out of reception space, several conference rooms varying in size, open workstations, a custom-built library with booth seating, a file room, two fully equipped pantries, copy room, lockers and private offices. The scope included high-end finishes and millwork package and all new MEP systems. Additionally, acoustic turf ceilings were installed in one of the pantries and conference rooms and wood veneer Armstrong ceilings in the reception area.
