This confidential client lab project encompasses 22,500 square feet and was executed in two phases. The first phase involved remodeling 11,500 square feet into a state-of-the-art nuclear pharmacy, complete with offices and support space. The second phase transformed 11,000 square feet into a top-of-the-line PET lab, also featuring staff offices and support space. The project scope includes extensive structural steel and concrete renovation, installation of thick mat slabs for heavy medical equipment, construction of clean rooms and upgrades to HVAC and electrical systems to support the new spaces.
This 4,000-square-foot project was the interior fit-out of a dermatology office for Cosmedica in Washington D.C.
