Institute of International Finance

This 32,000 square-foot project involved the renovation of two floors for the Institute of International Finance in Washington, DC. It included an atrium infill and the design of structural steel for an interconnecting stair, requiring close coordination with the base building’s contractor. The stair featured wood millwork treads and rails, pre-finished steel cladding, and glass rails. Extensive soundproofing measures were implemented for training rooms and podcast recording studios.
