Crowell & Moring’s Chicago office was designed to reflect the needs of a modern law firm, with a focus on efficiency, functionality, and thoughtful design. The space includes a two-story reception and conference center connected by an internal stair and is anchored by a flexible multipurpose room with a Skyfold partition.
Private offices line both the perimeter and interior, with glass fronts and sliding doors. Shared offices and open workstations are positioned to take advantage of natural light and views. A large café, located on a prominent corner, provides a mix of seating options for staff and guests. Additional spaces include a work lounge, satellite pantries, records storage, and dedicated IT rooms, all supporting day-to-day operations in a professional, flexible environment.
This tenant build-out for the law firm Herrick Feinstein includes a layout featuring approximately 100 attorney and partner offices, conference rooms that accommodate up to 18 people and designated departmental offices and suites for HR, Marketing, Mail, IT and Finance.
