U.S.-based data center firm Serverfarm has topped out its latest facility in Houston, Texas. The company is thriving in the region and tapped Clune Construction for the next part of their HOU2 data center project.
Once completed, the full build-out will span almost 500,000 sq. ft. spanning across two buildings with secured customer capacity to scale to 100MW using available existing grid power.
“This is meaningful, the first new out-of-the-ground building for Serverfarm in Texas,” Serverfarm CEO Avner Papoudchador said. “It has been a great experience for us. Our long-term partner Clune Construction Company, as always, did a great job.”
