The Durst Organization today announced that full-service law firm Nutter is expanding the firm’s office at 5 Grand Central East to 11,438 square feet. Nutter will take the entire 25th floor, in addition to renewing the firm’s existing office space on the 27th floor of the building.
Tenants at 5 Grand Central East, located at Third Avenue and East 42nd Street, include Clune Construction, the New York City headquarters of New York State’s Empire State Development (ESD) agency, and Abacus Group. The building is certified LEED Gold with sustainability features including 4,775 square feet of green roofs and double-glazed windows that deflect glare and improve office comfort.
