Clune completed the buildout of a 4,920-square-foot tenant amenity and lounge space at 909 Davis Street. Designed to enhance the tenant experience, the space features a large training and conference room, private meeting and collaboration areas, two private teleconferencing rooms, and a spacious open-concept café and kitchen. The project also includes an 890-square-foot exterior roof deck, complete with an outdoor fire pit and grill station—creating a versatile environment for both work and relaxation.
A 5,000-square-foot wellness center addition to the cellar of 780 Third Avenue.
