This showroom renovation was for leading furniture and architectural product manufacturer Allsteel’s location at 257 Park Ave. South in the heart of New York City. The scope of work on this project included selective demolition of Allsteel’s existing 11,000 square-foot showroom and installation of new finishes and lighting throughout the space. Clune’s project team coordinated a construction-ready environment to accept owner-provided furniture and demountable wall systems.
