Construction of a new storefront and retail space, including the installation of 14-foot ceilings, all new infrastructure, an elevator, and a staircase. A high level of coordination with millwork team was necessary, starting with leveling the retail floor space and ending with precisely placed walls and ceilings to accept Italian millwork panels and finishes.
This project involved the full interior demolition and build-out of a 2,200-square-foot luxury mattress showroom located in the high-end Dallas Design Center. Demolition of existing space to build Google’s retail store in Austin, Texas. The scope included high-end specialty millwork and finishes, a custom lighting package, new wood flooring, acoustic drywall ceilings and MEP systems. The build-out also featured the construction of an exterior storefront system and canopy utilizing specialty Sculptform components.
