This 31,735-square-foot renovation and build-out transformed an existing 12th-floor office into a modern, highly functional workplace. The project included full demolition and construction of a new tenant layout featuring a welcoming reception area, private offices, conference and meeting rooms, non-cooking break rooms and a kitchen/pantry.
Additional upgrades included new powder rooms, an equipment room, enhanced ceilings and lighting, comprehensive MEP system modifications and the installation of new furniture to support the finalized space plan. The result is a cohesive, efficient environment designed to meet the operational needs of a confidential financial services client.
