This project reimagined an existing first-floor cafe into a welcoming coffee lounge designed to support daily connection and convenience. Inspired by the client’s flagship HQ cafe, the refreshed space features a modern coffee and market concept anchored by a central island for easy grab-and-go service.
The scope included a refrigerated pastry case, sundry station, upgraded seating, new flooring and targeted lighting and ceiling enhancements to elevate the overall atmosphere. Flexible lounge seating accommodates both individual use and small groups, while thoughtful updates to the reception desk and stairway improve flow and first impressions. HVAC systems remained in place, allowing for an efficient build-out supported by early procurement and preconstruction services.
A 5,000-square-foot wellness center addition to the cellar of 780 Third Avenue.
