The project includes a welcoming reception area, refined conference and town hall meeting spaces, open office workstations, inviting break rooms and private offices, all elevated with high-end, custom finishes throughout. The scope also features a detailed millwork package, robust lighting package and thoughtful design elements that support connection and collaboration across the workspace. The space meets LEED Silver and Dallas Green Code requirements.
