A two phase, 45,000-square-foot, 3.5MW future data hall space completed in downtown Atlanta. The phases were completed simultaneously and involved the installation of 29 CRAH units, 24 PDU’s, 96 RPPs, 1 Chiller & Housing, 2.5 MW Generator, a Battery Room, and a complete Electrical Room build-out on top of a newly constructed interior steel platform. Additionally, an overhead conveyance and cage were installed in the space. Building Rip & Replace BMS/Controls scope were completed. The space includes new site operations office spaces and customer care facilities. Modifications to existing steel and new supports for pipe and equipment were made. The installation of future electrical distribution for expansion were completed.
This 390,000-square-foot project, located in Virginia is a two-story data center and three-story office space, ground-up build for a confidential client.
