Designed to feel anything but corporate, the space reimagines the modern work environment through flexibility, warmth and experience-led design. A sophisticated pantry anchors the office as a central social hub, complemented by open seating areas that easily shift from focused individual work to larger gatherings and events.

The layout minimizes private offices in favor of adaptability, while a multi-purpose conference room also functions as a quiet retreat. Custom millwork is thoughtfully integrated throughout, serving as both functional storage and gallery-style displays for rotating local artwork. Inspired by the New York Public Library, the design layers architectural references and historical cues into a contemporary setting, resulting in a workspace that feels more like a curated cultural destination – one that supports productivity, collaboration and creative inspiration in equal measure.
