This 4,000-square-foot project was the interior fit-out of a dermatology office for Cosmedica in Washington D.C. The scope included the demolition of the existing space, new drywall, framing, acoustic wall paneling, glass and glazing and upgrades to the MAP and fire alarm systems. It also included the build out of patient exam rooms, a reception area, private offices, a break area a storage room for lab equipment and materials.
