This tenant build-out for the law firm Herrick Feinstein includes a layout featuring approximately 100 attorney and partner offices, conference rooms that accommodate up to 18 people and designated departmental offices and suites for HR, Marketing, Mail, IT and Finance. The design also incorporates an elevator lobby, pantries, a café and a reception area. High-end finishes throughout the space include fabric panels, wood and tile flooring, sound-resistant Infinium double-glazed office fronts, decorative metal column enclosures, wood veneer millwork, K-13 acoustic treatment and elegant new light fixtures.
