Multiple floor build-out between two buildings with a feature interconnecting staircase and wood bleachers between floors 2 and 3. The space houses high-end conference rooms, game hubs, flash studio, sound-rated interview rooms, edit bays, floating tectum panel ceilings at lobby reception area, and a large café gathering area. The project was built on an aggressive schedule within an occupied building. The exterior scope included the construction of a bridge and patio area that connects two buildings.
