Interior build-out of a 4,500-square-foot restaurant and full-service kitchen. The project scope included the construction of a first and second floor bar and dining space with high-end finishes, an interconnecting stairway, a second floor dining terrace overlooking Wrigley Field and a basement area with storage and coolers.
This project required the demolition and remodel of an existing restaurant for Joe & The Juice’s new Mission Valley location. The scope included the installation of new kitchen equipment, rooftop units and exhaust fans, along with new finishes, lighting and flooring throughout the space.
