This commercial tenant improvement delivers a refined workplace environment that balances openness with privacy. The layout integrates open office areas with private offices and huddle rooms, supporting a range of work styles and collaboration needs.
Material selections elevate the space throughout, with a thoughtful mix of carpet, ceramic tile and luxury vinyl tile flooring. Specialty ceiling systems paired with linear LED lighting and integrated mechanical registers reinforce a clean, modern aesthetic. A high-end millwork package anchors the experience, highlighted by custom banquette seating and detailed molding framing a vapor fireplace in the main reception area for a warm, hospitality-inspired arrival.
The project scope included full interior demolition, followed by the installation of new partitions, finishes, ceilings and lighting. Existing mechanical systems were reworked and upgraded as needed, with close coordination across MEP trades to support a seamless, high-quality build-out.
