A high-end millwork package anchors the experience, highlighted by custom banquette seating and detailed molding framing a vapor fireplace in the main reception area for a warm, hospitality-inspired arrival.

The project scope included full interior demolition, followed by the installation of new partitions, finishes, ceilings and lighting. Existing mechanical systems were reworked and upgraded as needed, with close coordination across MEP trades to support a seamless, high-quality build-out.
