Prime Data Centers

Development of Prime Data Center’s campus in Elk Grove, Illinois. This includes the development of three buildings (containing up to approximately 1M square-feet in the aggregate) totaling 180 MW of critical power capacity when fully deployed.

The first data center (ORD01-01) features a three-story design and will provide 384,210 square-feet and 72 MW of critical power capacity at full buildout. Construction on this building began in the third quarter of 2023.  Included in this scope is the initial building shell and phase one power and corresponding infrastructure. Clune and Prime celebrated 365 consecutive days incident free at this development site demonstrating a cohesive work environment and fully aligned commitment to environmental health and safety.
