Prime Data Centers

Development of Prime Data Center’s campus at 1600 E Higgins Rd in Elk Grove, Illinois. This includes the development of three buildings (containing up to approximately 1.03M square-feet in the aggregate) totaling to 275 MW when fully deployed; referred to as ORD-1.

The first data center building (Building A) will be three stories, with approximately 258,074 square-feet built day one followed by an extension to the same building with an additional three stories of approximately 122,087 square-feet totaling approximately 380,141 square-feet. Construction on this building is targeted to be completed in the third quarter of 2023. Three months prior to the construction of this building, is when we anticipate the energization of the first 45MW. Included in this scope is the initial fit-out of 9MW (Critical IT) infrastructure on the 3rd floor of the proposed shell.
