The 52,266-square-foot headquarters project in Reston, Virginia, involved the demolition and build-out of two floors for Qualtrics, an international software company. The scope of work included constructing an interconnecting stairway between the two floors, new reception areas, conference rooms, private offices and open workstations. Additionally, a large pantry, juice bar and barista bar were built, along with a game room for employee entertainment.
