Conversion of a 205,000-square-foot building into a data center. Scope of work includes structural building improvements and a roof replacement. The first phase includes 6MW of power being fed from a new exterior MV loop, modular UPS room and air cooled chillers on a standalone Floor 2 dunnage platform.
