This 2,900 square-foot project was a fast-track interior build-out that involved all new finishes, custom millwork, and interior glass partitions. The scope of work for this project included more than thirty concrete core penetrations, and a new PEPCO electrical systems installation. Additionally, the team configured new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems. The project also included custom-feature wallpaper and tile flooring.
