Clune completed the full demolition and buildout of a high-end facial and day spa in Dallas’ West Village. This project included structural reinforcements with post-tension cabling and steel to support a new 1,800 square-foot mezzanine. From a 19′ high ceiling with a lighted cove containing a 12′ chandelier to a curved glass staircase and custom millwork, every detail was designed for elegance and the ultimate relaxation.
This project involved the full interior demolition and build-out of a 2,200-square-foot luxury mattress showroom located in the high-end Dallas Design Center. Demolition of existing space to build Google’s retail store in Austin, Texas. The scope included high-end specialty millwork and finishes, a custom lighting package, new wood flooring, acoustic drywall ceilings and MEP systems. The build-out also featured the construction of an exterior storefront system and canopy utilizing specialty Sculptform components.
