Full demolition and interior build-out of the first floor for Toyota Financial. The new layout featured multiple huddle rooms and conference rooms, along with open office areas equipped with systems furniture. The scope also included comprehensive upgrades to the building’s security systems, data cabling, and fire alarm infrastructure. Custom millwork was installed throughout the space, including banquette seating, a redesigned break room, and a feature moss wall. The main lobby underwent a significant transformation, incorporating a large hard lid ceiling, new flooring, and relocated security turnstiles.
