Preconstruction and construction services for the demolition and interior fit-out of an existing space, delivering a fully built-out medical environment. The project included a procedure room, five prep and recovery bays with medical gas outlets, transfer rooms, specialized IVF, andrology and endocrine labs, exam and consultation rooms and cryo storage with piped liquid nitrogen. Extensive MEP upgrades supported the space, including a new generator, AHU, exterior equipment and rooftop exhaust systems.
