Vispring

This project involved the full interior demolition and buildout of a 2,200-square-foot luxury mattress showroom located in the high-end Dallas Design Center. The build was completed in under eight weeks, including material procurement, and was executed without formal construction plans. Working from conceptual renderings and rough design ideas, the team collaborated closely with the client to deliver a space that met all aesthetic and functional expectations.

Key challenges included subpar existing conditions, such as improperly secured drywall in the remaining demising walls, which required additional time and corrective work. Despite these obstacles, the team successfully delivered a high-finish space featuring level 5 drywall finish throughout, a custom track lighting system, a tailored A/V package, and bespoke millwork, all contributing to a refined, showroom-quality environment. The scope also included new flooring, ceiling grid, lighting, HVAC supply and return lines, electrical outlets, and TV boxes. The team leveled the floor to address uneven areas, did extensive wall repair with mud work, and repainted the entire space.
