San Francisco’s comeback: What companies are seeking in high-end office space

San Francisco’s office market is gaining momentum. In the second quarter, leasing activity reached its highest level since 2019 with overall vacancy dropping to 30.1%, down from 33.8% a year earlier, Cushman & Wakefield reported. Recent headlines indicate the trend is continuing.
