About the project

A full-floor office transformation spanning 35,000 square feet on the 37th floor at Penn1, designed to support a dynamic, creative workplace. The space features a mix of private offices, huddle rooms and conference rooms utilizing a flexible demountable system. Two pantries with custom islands and integrated appliances, along with a dedicated coffee bar, millwork wall panels and a content studio, serve as key amenities throughout the office.

Interior finishes include baffle ceilings, K-13 acoustic treatment, wallcoverings and acoustical panels to balance aesthetics and performance. The scope also encompassed a comprehensive MEP build-out, featuring decorative lighting fixtures with an integrated controls package, as well as two water-cooled air conditioning units and pumps to support the floor’s mechanical needs.
