This 390,000 square foot project, located in Manassas, Virginia is a two-story data center and three-story office space, ground-up build for a confidential client. The service yard on the property will house nine 3MW owner-furnished generators. Day one construction included four data halls with electrical and mechanical rooms to support the critical load planned of 44MW. Administration areas will include security, a loading dock, conference rooms, restrooms and break areas. The building structure is precast concrete while the data center envelope is insulated precast concrete and the office envelope is a combination of insulated metal panel and curtain wall.
A two phase, 45,000-square-foot future data hall space completed in downtown Atlanta.
