This large-scale workplace remodel encompassed a comprehensive transformation across multiple floors, delivering upgraded finishes and modernized infrastructure aligned with the client’s evolving standards. The project refreshed floors one through three with a focus on quality, performance and long-term flexibility.
A new cafe with high-end finishes was introduced on the first floor, creating an elevated amenity space that supports daily use and employee engagement. The scope also included a complete build-out of all IDF rooms to enhance system performance and reliability, along with a full turnkey programming package tailored to the demands of a high-functioning trade floor environment.
Designed and constructed to meet LEED Silver requirements, the project reflects a commitment to sustainability while delivering a polished, efficient workplace experience.
