A two-floor renovation of 59,112 square feet for McGraw Hill Education’s Chicago office. This project included a refresh of corporate branding and an aesthetic refresh of an existing interconnecting stair. Featured throughout are new open office workstations, focus rooms, huddle conference rooms, a library, pantry area, and a customer experience center. The team also installed supplement cooling for the space’s server room.
