Metal Recycling Plant Site Improvements

Construction management services for site improvements to the existing confidential medal recycling yard. Improvements include the excavation and installation of a new 61,000 CF storm detention tank and foundation pad, associated storm piping/catch basins, new structural pads for scrap metal storage, grading improvements to upgrade site drainage and stormwater tie-in to existing Chicago sewer in the right of way. As well as the laying of a 1000-yard concrete pour to accommodate new renovations.

Installation of a 1,300-square-foot pre-fabricated metal shredder emission capture and control system. The project involved the integration of a new emission capture and control system designed to improve air quality and operational efficiency. The pre-fabricated structure was installed to meet environmental compliance standards and support sustainable metal processing operations.
