A complete interior demolition and renovation of an existing restaurant space in Tampa Florida. This project included the installation of new mechanical systems both within the establishment and on the roof, and the installation of upgraded plumbing systems. Custom exterior millwork and new lighting specifications were installed on the exterior. Custom interior elements including bar shelving, millwork, and furniture such as booth seating, banquettes and concrete and wood tabletops completed the restaurants interior. The dining area features exposed ceilings and polished and stained concrete floors. The new kitchen’s build-out included installation of a new range hood, a walk-in cooler and other food service equipment.
