This three-floor, three-phase tenant improvement delivers a refined and technically complex workplace for Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP’s Los Angeles office. The high-end build-out required rigorous planning and precise execution to achieve premium finishes and seamless coordination across all phases.
A striking three-story interconnecting stair serves as the project’s architectural centerpiece, constructed with custom steel stringers and fully clad in high-gloss lacquer panels. Throughout the office, flexible demountable fronts, customized corner offices and carefully coordinated acoustical ceilings with integrated air distribution balance performance with clean, modern detailing. The space features a dynamic reception area with illuminated regional maps, a multi-purpose room with advanced audiovisual capabilities and integrated biophilic elements. High-efficiency lighting and adaptable interior systems support long-term sustainability, resulting in a sophisticated, city-inspired workplace designed for flexibility, performance and longevity.
