The latest projections show that Arizona’s current data center capacity is expected to double due to the number of data center projects on the books. Adam Wojack (Clune Construction): Phoenix still has significant runway for growth. The fundamentals that brought the industry there in the first place remain strong: land availability, relatively predictable permitting, strong fiber connectivity and proximity to major West Coast markets without the same seismic risk or coastal constraints.
